The Tree of Lights returns to the Big Bear Community Hospital this year at 5 pm on November 12th.

Community members are able to celebrate loved ones by dedicating a light in their honor or in memorium.

$25.00 a light and it’s 100% tax deductible. All proceeds benefit our local hospital.
