President – Craig Smith

From bylaws:  CEO of Association – Supervises and control affairs.  Preside over regular, special and Board Meetings.  Other duties as assigned by Board of Directors.

Committee Oversight:  Sponsorship, Marketing, Tour de Big Bear, Tour of California, South Shore Trail Network Signage

Vice President – Larbi Loucif

From Bylaws:    Absence of President, act as President.  Other duties as assigned by Board of Directors.

Committee Oversight:  Events, Membership, Triathlon

Secretary – Dr. Jim Almarez

From Bylaws:  Book of minutes for all meetings and Board actions.  Provide notice of all meetings.  Other duties as assigned by Board of Directors.

Committee Oversight:  Youth Programs, Mountain Bike, High School Mountain Bike Team, Bike Scholarship Program

Treasurer – Garry Dokter

From Bylaws:  Chief Financial Officer and keep/maintain accounts and financials.  Other duties as assigned by Board of Directors.

Proposed:  All business operations/records and related tasks.  Membership/Sponsorship/Events service (cash control & billing)

Committee Oversight:  Cash control and billing for all committees, Social

Director at Large – Dave Lawrence

From Bylaws:  Provides direction and guidance as a member of the Board of Directors, and supervises programs, events and committees.

Committee Oversight:  Bike Lanes, Bike Racks, Tour de Big Bear Routes/Signage/Permits, Alpine Pedal Path

Competition/Training/Education, Safety Program, Government & Legislative Affairs
